Special Ops is an Indian Espionage Thriller Series, Neeraj Pandey directed this powerful web series with Shivam Nair. This web series is based on Himmat Singh (KK Menon) Senior Analyst Research and Analysis Wing at R&AW, who forms the same pattern in all terrorist attacks and believes that there is only one person behind all the attacks. His task force team of five agents living in different parts of the world aims to capture that one mastermind. Overall, the story is based on inspiration drawn from critical national events of nineteen years.

In 2001, five terrorists attacked Parliament, and a sixth person is instructing those five terrorists, all five of them die in that attack, but that sixth person survives. The web series begins with an R&AW audit meeting on Himmat Singh (KK Menon), to tell where he spent Rs 28 crore in the last 11 years, which no one knows about.

He states that he employed agents in five countries and that money was used for his needs, and he refuses to reveal the identity of those five agents. Later, the committee officials sitting on him asked about his theory on the 2001 Parliament attack in which he was part of the investigation. So Himmat Singh tells that he finds the name of a Delhi shop in a pack of dry fruits among the terrorists that the terrorists were carrying and asks Himmat Singh Abbas (Vinay Pathak) to investigate, which leads him It is learned that the sixth person to buy dry fruits was staying near a mosque.

Himmat and Abbas arrive at the place and begin the search, and they see smoke coming out of the window as the sixth man burns all his things and runs away. As soon as they reached the house through which the smoke was coming out, Himmat Singh finds the sixth person’s burnt Pakistani passport in which all the information was burnt. From there, Himmat Singh puts five agents behind the sixth person in different countries, and one day Farooq (Karan Takar) calls Himmat Singh and informs that he has found Ikhlaq Khan in the UAE, who was the sixth person.

All the actors have performed well in Special Ops. KK Menon will see you as a brilliant R&AW officer who never loses his patience under any circumstances. He is also a protective father and a loving husband. Menon’s expressions go from soft to intense within seconds, and you will enjoy his performance on screen immensely. Karan Taker does an excellent job as Agent Farooq and will also attract you a lot in the entire series. Others, including Vipul Gupta, Muzammil Ibrahim, Syami Kher, Meher Vij, Divya Dutta, Vinay Pathak, and Sharad Kelkar, do full justice to their roles.
