HOW TO MAKE DUBAI'S FAMOUS BIRYANI CHAI AT HOME 

Prepare Spiced Tea Base

In a saucepan, combine water, milk, loose tea leaves, crushed cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and grated ginger.

Bring to a Boil
