1 black tea bag
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Boil Water
Bring one cup of water to a boil in a saucepan or kettle.
Steep Black Tea
Place the black tea bag or loose tea leaves in a teapot or mug. Pour the boiling water over the tea bag or leaves. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes, or according to your preference for tea strength.
Remove Tea Bag or Strain Leave
Once the tea has steeped, remove the tea bag or strain out the loose leaves.
Add Orange Juice
Pour the freshly squeezed orange juice into the tea. Stir well to combine.
Add Honey
Add honey to the tea and stir until it dissolves. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
Add Ginger and Cinnamon
Grate the fresh ginger into the tea and add ground cinnamon. Stir well to infuse the flavors.
Serve Warm
Pour the immunity-boosting orange tea into your favorite mug and enjoy it while it's warm.
