Community Guidelines

TAB is a place to read, write and think calmly. These guidelines exist so everyone — first-time readers, seasoned writers and everyone in between — can share ideas without fear. They apply to everything you post: articles, threads, posts, comments, profiles, collections and messages. Breaking them can lead to content removal, warnings, or suspension of your account.

• No hate speech or slurs targeting people for who they are — including caste, religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality.
• No harassment, bullying, stalking, threats or coordinated pile-ons.
• Disagree with ideas, not with people. Criticism is welcome; cruelty is not.

We have zero tolerance for any content that sexualises, endangers or exploits minors (child sexual abuse or exploitation material, or "CSAE"). We remove it, ban the account, preserve evidence and report it to the authorities and relevant hotlines.

• Never post, request or share such content. If you encounter it, report it immediately — see our Child Safety Policy.
• Do not attempt to contact or groom minors, or solicit personal information from them.

• Write your own work. No plagiarism, and no passing off others’ writing, art or ideas as your own — credit your sources.
• Respect copyright and trademarks. Only share content you have the right to share.
• No misinformation or manipulated content designed to deceive or cause harm.
• No impersonation of other people, brands or TAB itself.

• No graphic sexual content or gratuitous violence.
• No content promoting self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous acts.
• No promotion of terrorism, violent extremism, or organised crime.
• No sale or promotion of illegal goods, weapons, drugs or regulated services.

• No spam, scams, phishing, malware or deceptive links.
• No artificial inflation of likes, follows or engagement, and no bulk/automated posting.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempts to disrupt or overload the service.

You’re not powerless — TAB gives you tools to shape your own experience:

• Block or mute anyone whose posts or interactions you don’t want to see.
• Report any post, comment, profile or collection that breaks these guidelines.
• Manage your notifications and privacy in Settings.

When something is reported or detected, we review it in context. Depending on severity and history we may remove content, add a warning or restriction, temporarily suspend an account, or permanently ban it. Serious violations — especially child-safety, credible threats or illegal content — can lead to immediate removal and reporting to the authorities.

Enforcement follows our Terms of Service. If you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal by contacting us.
