Midnight Snack Brain

The fridge light is the only honest light in this house. It shows me a single roti, half a bowl of dal, and the cold remains of what I once called dignity. I am eating all three standing up like a raccoon with a banking job. This is not a meal, this is a board meeting at 1:47am and I am the only member present.
