5 questions to ask when you're always tired but nothing's wrong
Your blood tests are normal, but you're still running on empty. Maybe the answer is in these five questions.
The tiredness that reports don't catch
Your blood work is fine, but you still crash by 3 pm. Could the problem be your daily rhythm, not your reports?
How many hours of real sleep?
Not time in bed, but actual sleep. If you're scrolling till midnight, that's not rest. Can you move your phone out of the bedroom for one week?
The 3 pm crash
That chai and biscuit break might be a sugar spike, not hunger. What if you swapped it for a handful of peanuts and see?
Are you sitting all day?
A 10-minute walk after lunch can change your afternoon. When was the last time you stepped out just to walk, not to commute?
Is your plate mostly white?
Rice and roti dominate, but where are the dal, sabzi, and curd? One extra serving of vegetables might do more than a supplement.
Tiredness is not a badge of honour. It's a signal.
One small experiment
Pick one thing: phone outside the bedroom, a post-lunch walk, or extra sabzi. Try it for three days and notice the difference. That's your answer.
