The 2-List System to Stop Procrastinating Forever
Most productivity advice fails because it tries to fight human nature. This simple two-list method works with your brain, not against it.
The Problem with To-Do Lists
Standard to-do lists are overwhelming. You write 10 tasks, feel anxious, and end up doing the easiest (often least important) one first. The brain craves completion, so it picks low-hanging fruit. The real priority tasks lurk at the bottom, undone.
The more you try to do, the less you actually accomplish. Focus is the new IQ.

Your Brain on Procrastination
Enter the 2-List System
Every morning, grab a piece of paper. Draw a line down the middle. On the left, write your 'Must Do' list: exactly 3 tasks that matter most today. On the right, write your 'If Time' list: everything else. No more than 3 on the left. That's the secret.
Why 3 Tasks?
Three is the magic number. It's small enough to feel achievable, but large enough to cover your most important work. The brain sees 'three' and relaxes. It stops the panic spiral. You can focus deeply on each one, knowing the rest is on the 'If Time' list, guilt-free.
The Power of Constraints
The Result: Momentum
Completing 3 core tasks early builds momentum. You feel accomplished, and often dip into the 'If Time' list anyway. But if you don't, that's okay. You did the essential work. Over weeks, this trains your brain to trust the system, reducing procrastination at its root.
